To determine the appropriate participation plan, candidates must choose how they will receive their offer.

• Plan A: Candidates provide an offer themselves (self-arranged)

Plan A includes:

• Compiling the required documents and sending them to the USA
• Form DS-2019, required for a J-1 visa
• Health insurance during your stay in USA
• Pre-departure orientation to provide important information and advice for living in the USA, assistance with document preparation, etc.
• Participant Handbook
• 24 hour telephone support during your stay in the USA

To participate in Plan A you must arrange your own employment offer and training plan with the receiving company.



• Plan B: The organization provides an offer

Plan B includes:

• An offer from the company with information including company name, location, contact person, short description of the training, industry, position, and payment.
• A detailed training plan describing each phase of training, all job duties, and the skills you will develop.
• Compiling the required documents and sending them to the USA
• Form DS-2019, required for a J-1 visa
• Health insurance during your stay in USA
• Pre-departure orientation to provide important information and advice for living in the USA, assistance with document preparation, etc.
• Participant Handbook
• Flight reservation and trip organization
• NEW! Polycontact provides 24 hour telephone support in Bulgarian to assist in cas of emergency
• Polycontact offers an excellent placement service to find suitable employment for students.
• You may specify your requirements (a particular type of training, participation with a friend, etc.)
• During the application period the Polycontact office accepts inquiries via telephone until 9pm
• Advice from a personal consultant to prepare you for the the telephone interview.
• Travel planning assistance from the Student Support Center in the USA for post-training travel

What is not included in the program fee?
