Application Process
- Submit all required documents to the main Polycontact office in Varna. Personal consultants can provide assistance. All documents, application forms, and the initial application fee are sent to the American organization which then approves or denies the candidate.
- Once the documents are approved, candidates interview with the future employer. If successful, candidates then sign an individual contract. You will receive detailed information regarding all contract requirements.
- Candidates receive a personal job offer and all documents required for a visa application. Candidates must also pay the remaining program fee to the American organization.
- Visa application at the American Embassy. If the visa is refused, Polycontact refunds the application fee. The American Embassy refuses to issue visas only when candidates provide incorrect or false information or when candidates do not present themselves in a professional and responsible manner.
