The Labor Safety Department provides consultations and assists employers with planning, organizing, and achieving the safe and healthy working conditions required by law. Our consultants specialize in Workplace Health, Workplace Safety, and Labor & Organizational Psychology and Economics. Their goal is to bring your organization into compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations.
The complete one year service for employees of the client organization includes:
- Evaluation of the current work environment and professional risks
- Physical exams for all employees
- Official charts which evaluate health risks within the workplace
- Initiation of a program requiring preventative medical examinations (Order Number 3; Dated February 10, 1994). This is a minimum standard required for the client organization to avoid incurring additional expenses
- Professional risk report for the organization as a whole
- Recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of current procedures and suggestions for reducing or eliminating employee health and safety risks
- Recommendations for personal and company-wide medical services
- Evaluation of sanitary equipment and recommendations for improvement
- End of year analysis of employee health conditions relative to the work environment
