The Complete Professional Selection method provides the most precise and accurate recruitment results. This method uses a detailed survey to find suitable candidates who satisfy each and every requirement of the employer.
This method includes:
- Preselection on the basis of submitted documents
- Psychological testing using professional tests created by Bulgarian and foreign psychologists and social specialists. The primary benefit of these tests is that candidates are not able to simulate specific behavioral styles and therefore they are unable to 'trick' the psychologist or employer.
- Interview with a qualified consultant
This method is popular because its techniques offer precision and accuracy for choosing the most qualified applicant. This is an international method most frequently applied when the employer must be absolutely certain of the integrity, skills, and abilities of the staff.
Employers may also choose Interview Selection. This method has two parts:
- Examination of submitted documents and preliminary discussion with appropriate applicants
- Interviews conducted by a qualified labor psychologist
This method allows for in-depth candidate assessment. Questions differ for each interview according to differences in companies and staffing requirements. Before interviewing applicants, the employer is consulted to ensure that all job requirements, essential criteria, and hiring expectations are clearly understood.
Simplified Selection is best in situations where time is a critical issue, recruitment is large scale, or specialized skills are not required. This method consists of:
- Document review and verification of authenticity
- Administration of professional psychological tests
