Organizational conflicts are inevitable due to the varying goals, values, and needs of individuals and groups within a company. Conflict is a normal part of every business operation. In fact, a lack of disagreement may indicate a lack of straightforward and honest communication within the company. It is typical to express disagreement since this is the only way to take on the issue and to solve the underlying problem. Conflicts create problems when they affect worker productivity and morale.
